- Ingredients: Farinha de trigo, óleo para cozinhar, palmito, cebola, pimenta-do-reino-muçarela, sal.
- Cooking time: Approximately 30 minutes
- Serves: 4 people
To make the dough for your lactose-free Esfiha de Palmito, mix the flour with water until it forms a smooth and firm dough. Knead lightly and let it rest.
- Flatten the dough into rounds and place a filling of palmito mixed with chopped onions, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper on each round.
- Fold the edges of the round over the filling to form half-moons. Press down lightly along the edges to seal.
